Janne -I felt it depicted how difficult "head to head" negotiations can sometimes be and how having a skilled negotiator on your side is important when buying or selling real estate. As we know price is only one piece of negotiating a successful agreement.

Steve - negotiations are not about putting something over on someone they are about finding out what is really more important to the parties to the transactionand working with both side to reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Fred - The moose in the picture uses his head in "head to head" brute force negotiating, something that just does not work in negotiating a real estate agreement.
